The lounge also comes equipped with qulity Hi Fi CD and an extensive library of music CD's. Large Television with VCR. and such beautiful comfy seating you will really feel relaxed and at home.

Step out of the 1st floor lounge either to the stone steps to the side going down into the garden or out onto the south facing sunny balcony enoying clear unspoilt rural views. The balcony over the conservatory is ideal for a pre dinner evening drink, breakfast alfresco ..or indeed an elavated suntrap...all day long.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM

The Old Barn Kitchen is so highly equipped cooking and entertaining will be a big part of the Old Barn experience. A serious food processor / blender is on hand along with such essentials as Coffee filter machine / caffitierre and a coffee grinder. Saucepans are of the highest quality
with steamers a Wok and every serving dish imaginable all to match. We even include the dishwasher tablets just to wrap it all up!

The kitchen/dining room is really well equipped with gadgets and gizmos of modern living. We go further by providing quality matching dinner service and quality cutlery and utensils for 'fine dining'. We even supply the candles and use of herbs and spices, either dried or fresh from the kitchen herb garden. We want visitors who stay in the Old Barn to feel totally at home and want for nothing.

CONSERVATORY & GARDEN

The garden is enclosed and secure providing a safe enviroment for children and pets alike. On site parking is ample for 4 cars and the garage is available for extra storage of bikes boats surf boards and the like.

The garden also enjoys plenty of furniture to make the most of the outside and to compliment the BBQ area. A gazebo for the larger party is also available.
